About “Papa Bear” Paul

Growing up, I used to love the Berenstain Bears, the family of four bears taught me quite a bit, especially Papa Bear. If you have never had the privilege of reading the Berenstain Bears, it is a collection of children books that teaches important lessons which involve a family of four bears. The father bear, or “Papa Bear”, as the character is known, is infamous for teaching his son and daughter by demonstrating the wrong way to do things. We learn from Papa Bear’s mistakes and misfortunes. The official Berenstain website sums it well, Papa Bear, “world’s greatest expert on almost everything. He is often wrong but never in doubt.”

Many “Internet Experts” are just that, Papa Bears - wrong, but never in doubt. Well, I am here to tell you, no, show you that more times than not often I am wrong. Does that make me an “expert”? Well, I guess you could say, despite his short comings, I still think Papa Bear was a pretty darn good father. Some might say an “expert” father.
